Come get into the festive spirit at the Community Safety Village.

York Regional Police invite you the fourth annual Holidays in the Village celebration Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m.

The Community Safety Village, located in Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area at 3291 Stouffville Rd., will be decorated for the season.

Hot chocolate and other Christmas treats await you after you take a horse drawn carriage ride through the winter wonderland.

Carol singers will also entertain and children will be able to make their own crafts and Santa Claus will also make an appearance.

Police will also be on hand to answer your questions about winter driving safety.

Fire educator Melanie Duke will provide a demonstration to children and parents on how to decorate safely for Christmas.

Admission is free, but a donation to the York Regional Police Toys for Tots program would be appreciated.

The conservation area is located between Kennedy Road and Warden Avenue.
