The Stouffville atom A Clippers skated off with a win and two ties in their last three Ontario Minor Hockey Association outings.

Taking to the road for a game against the Markham Waxers Sunday, the Clippers received goals from Jake Rogers and Carson Weeks and an exceptional netminding effort from Kevin Matthews in a 2-2 tie.

Alex Tashos and Jackson Savery earned assists.

The tie earned by the Clippers came on the heels of a 4-0 road win over Aurora last Thursday.

Justin Bennett and Savery each had a goal and one assist for the Clippers.

Weeks and Marcus Ivanovski also scored.

Carter Gibbons assisted.

Matthews handled netminding duties and earned the shutout.

The Clippers received goals from Michael Palladino, Weeks and Scott Carrick in a 3-3 tie with Schomberg Nov. 20.

Carrick and Savery each collected one assist.

Minor peewee A Clipprs skate off with five of six points

The Stouffville minor peewee A Clippers claimed two victories and a tie in OMHA action last weekend.

Buoyed by a solid netminding effort from Andrew Riopel and a two-goal, one-assist performance by Ben Sear, the Clippers began their three-game foray with a 7-0 trouncing of the visiting Markham Waxers last Friday.

Carter King added a goal and one assist while Jackson Newlands, Liam McMahon, Chris Evelyn and Chris Carter each potted a goal. Mario Rosano and Jeremy Hughes each collected two assists while Brayden McNeil, Mitch Witherspoon and Quintin Volpe had one apiece.

Facing East Gwillimbury the following day on the road, the Clippers received a pair of goals from Volpe and one from Witherspoon to earn a 3-3 tie.

Jordan Brillinger, Sear, Hughes and McMahon each earned one assist.

Returning to the Stouffville Arena Sunday for a rematch with East Gwillimbury, the Clippers got goals from Witherspoon and Ryan Nelson and another stellar effort between the pipes from Riopel in a 2-0 victory.

Sear and Brillinger collected one assist apiece.

Now 13-5-3 on the season, the Clippers resume league play Saturday on the road against Barrie at 5:40 p.m.

Minor peewee AEs win two

The Stouffville minor peewee AE Clippers had a successful weekend on the ice against TNT after skating off with a pair of back-to-back wins 6-4 Saturday and 4-3 Sunday.

In last Saturday's outing, Jake Espey and Jason Mistlebacher each potted a goal and collected one assist while Lucas Burkholder and Josh Carlin had one goal apiece. Sean McSwiggan earned one assist.

In the back end of their doubleheader, Espey delivered a goal and one assist while Liam Timewell, Brayden McNeil and Tritan Thompson added single markers. Jackson Newlands earned two assists while Taylor Peterson, Carlin and James Merksamer had one each.

Sporting a 16-1-3 mark, the Clippers will be in Niagara Falls, N.Y. this weekend to participate in the 37th Annual Gene Harrington Invitational Tournament.
