York Regional Police have arrested two men in connection to an investigation into the theft of 20 high-end vehicles valued at about $600,000.
The investigation began in May 2007 when three new SUVs were stolen from a dealership.
The vehicles were recovered after having been registered using three different vehicle identification numbers and sold to unsuspecting buyers.

Both men have been released from custody and will appear in Newmarket court April 15.
As a result of this investigation, 17 additional high-end, stolen, re-vinned vehicles have been recovered and eight other people have been arrested.
They face a variety of charges including Possession of Property Obtained By Crime.
In most cases, these stolen, re-vinned vehicles had been sold, often to unsuspecting members of the public.
York Regional Police remind you to exercise caution when buying vehicles privately.
Beware of vehicles being offered for sale at lower than market value where the seller insists on cash.
In all cases, insist the seller provide identification and documentation.
Most insurance policies will not cover vehicles that prove to be stolen re-vinned vehicles.
