Local real estate company, the Richmond Group, is joining forces with an American company to create customized services for their elite clients.
Richmond Group president Arun Mehta announced the strategic alliance with New York’s Quincy Consulting Group so their clients can take advantage of Quincy’s lifestyle management services.
“Today, the luxury real estate consumer is looking for customized services that are far beyond simply purchasing a property,” Mr. Mehta said.
“Wealthy individuals, especially those who belong to the fast-growing new money segment and who are in uncharted waters, have realized that their new complex, personal and business lives also require best-in-class consultants,” said Quincy managing partner Rob Chand.
Located in Markham, the Richmond Group includes the Richmond Realty Group and Richmond Advisory Services. The latter has brokered real estate deals including the arrival of the Indian Nawab restaurant chain in Vaughan last year.
