An eight-week group program to help adults develop effective skills, such as meditation and hatha yoga, to cope with the stress of everyday life is coming to the Newmarket Public Library.

Group discussions and weekly homework will help participants in their journey.

Sessions begin Oct. 21 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the library’s multipurpose room.
