Get lowdown on new building at museum

Come and hear plans for a new collection building at Markham Museum.

A meeting will be held next Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. at the museum’s reception centre at 9350 Markham Rd. at 16th Avenue.

This leading-edge centre will give the public easier access to the museum’s diverse collection of artifacts, historical documents, records and research materials, which span our community history, the museum says.

The building is designed as a gateway to the museum.
