If you’re a charismatic Markham business owner with a great idea, you may want to consider the Innovation Synergy Centre in Markham’s investment program inspired by speed dating.

ISCM Money Chase is a unique event for young companies looking to grow their businesses. Entrepreneurs pitch ideas to potential investors, who could provide them with the capital necessary to put their ideas into action.

First impressions are everything.

In addition to the speed dating component of the event, there will be ample opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet and network with investors and other business specialists on-site. They’ll also learn first-hand from the selected presenters about what works best when pitching to investors, ISCM Investment Network director Catarina von Maydell said.

Ms Maydell said investors may bring anywhere from $50,000 to $500,000 to the table.

ISCM Money Chase is being held at Angus Glen Golf and Country Club (Kennedy Road and Major MacKenzie Drive) Oct. 23.
